ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

The basic requirement for eligibility for admission of a student to any collegiate and technical-vocational education program or course shall be graduation from a secondary level program recognized by the DepEd.

Graduates of foreign secondary schools desiring to enroll who may not fully satisfy the specific requirements of certain collegiate programs or courses, may be admitted, provided any deficiency os corrected during their initial school term or trimester.

Admission to the school is open to all students who meet the specific standards, requirements and regulations. Except in cases of academic delinquency, violation of school rules and regulations, closure of a program or course, the student qualified for enrollment is qualified to stay for the entire period in which he is expected to complete his course.

RULES OF ENROLLMENT:

The enrollment fo students in the technical-vocational and collegiate program or course shall be conducted during the registration days indicated on the approved school calendar. The enrollment of the student is subject to the following rules:

  1. When a student registers, it is understood that he is enrolling for the entire trimester for technical-vocational or collegiate courses.
  2. Aside from the specific registration period, a student may be admitted for late enrollment but in no cse shall exceed two weeks after the opening of classes.
  3. No student shall be officially enrolled unless he presents the proper school credentials on or before the end of the enrollment period for the school term.
  4. A student is officially enrolled after he has submitted his appropriate admission or transfer credentials, has made an initial payment of his school fees which has been accepted by the school, and has been authorized to attend classes in the school.
  5. Foreign student desiring to enroll in any collegiate program or course being offered by the school shall duly present and submit a foreign student study permit from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and photocopy of his ACR before he will be allowed to enroll.

ADMISSION CREDENTIALS:

The credentials required for the enrollment of a student are as follows:

  1. For admission into the first year of the technical-vocational of any course and first year of any collegiate program or course, the uncancelled report card (Form 138) or its equivalent fromt he school last attended with the certificate of eligibility indicated and signed by the authorized school official or Registrar. The report card or its equivalent shall be deemed cancelled upon enrollment of the student and school shall immediately request for the permanent school record (Form 137) from the school last attended.
  2. The transfer credentials required for enrolles in case of transfer at the beginning of the school year or school term shall be honorable dismissal and certificate of good moral character or official transcript of record.
  3. Degree holders desiring to enroll in any technical-vocational program or course, upon enrollment shall submit a duly certified photo copy of his college transcript of record.

TENTATIVE CLASSES:

During the period of enrollment, the school may designate certain courses or class sections as only tentative. If any such tentative course or section is eventually confirmed or is cancelled before the stipulated opening of classes for any reason whatsover, any student enrolled in such course or section may have the following options: (a) transfer his enrollment to any available course or section, (b) be fully refunded of any payment he may have already made to the school (c) transfer to another IETI school.
